"I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, your salesman, Steve, and, in particular, your fitters for the excellent installation of new soffits, facias and rainwater goods plus vertical cladding along with Profile 22 PVCu windows on my whole house. I now have an energy efficient maintenance free exterior to our home.
Being a Building Professional for over 35 years, I am extremely particular on the standards of workmanship that I demand on improvements undertaken on my own property. Consequently I made sure that I used only the very best company to carry out this work. I received quite a number of quotations from various other local companies as well, but Polar Windows stood out ‘head and shoulders' above the rest, both in terms of their professional approach and the high quality of products used. I did my homework and looked at several previous jobs which you had undertaken, and that was enough to convince me that I was making the right choice - even though you were not the cheapest.
Due to the nature of the house, it demanded a full blown scaffolding job, which was duly implemented with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss.
The installers were totally dedicated, hardly ever stopped for breaks and communicated very effectively with me to resolve any minor snags - which were very few! Indeed, they carried out extra work over and above what was expected of them. For instance, they did some pointing, redressed and silicone sealed the lead work. Where the existing rainwater downpipes came, it was not suitable for the new installation, but the fitters, to their immense credit, almost immediately came up with an acceptable effective solution.
The Profile 22 window product is excellent - not only does it comply with British Standards but also has an uncanny resemblance to timber!
From inception to completion, you and your colleagues at Polar Windows have done yourselves proud. I cannot thank you enough."

We would like to say hoe highly satisfied we though the lads worked. They were both thorough in their work and nothing was too much trouble. Should we ever need Polar Windows again we would not hesitate to contact you again. Many thanks also to Steve the salesman who was also very helpful.
