Description:
Contract to supply and install 61 bespoke glass fronted Juliet balconies and 4 curtain wall screens, incorporating electronically controlled doors. 

Overview:
Polar Windows were awarded the contract based on our ability to provide specialist products within the clients' budget. We commissioned the manufacture of the balcony frames to drawings and specifications supplied by the architect, as these were not available as a stock item.

• Wind and thermal calculations
• Assistance with specifications
• Liaison with other trades on site to arrange wiring of doors and ensure compatibility of hardware
• All fitters CRB checked to protect the vulnerable adults that use the facility
