Contract to replace 187 windows and 37 doors within 36 apartments and a community room 

Overview:

• Designs and specifications based on residents needs including:-
  • Extended handles for ease of use
  • Electronic access doors on 5 apartments
  • Providing elderly & infirm residents with alternative locking solution
  • High visibility handles for partially sighted residents
• Community room fitted with high security electronic access / entry phone system and all residents provided with proximity device for automatic door operation
• Resident and other site staff liaison
• Over 90% resident satisfaction rate
• Health & Safety Performance
• All fitters CRB checked to protect the vulnerable adults that use the facility
