Polar garage doors, spares and accessories, are guaranteed against manufacturing defect for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. During this guarantee period Polar undertake to repair or replace (at its discretion) and without charge, any product which has suffered any form of manufacturing defect.
5 year warranty Polar garage door motors have a 5 year manufacturer's warranty.
10 year warranty Guaranteed exterior finish for 10 years.
Polar offer the following limited guarantee covering the Polar garage door ranges. The products all have an exterior finish that will provide an effective weatherproof membrane which will resist perforation of the substrate from the weatherside due to corrosion and any colour change or fade of the exterior surface of doors in these ranges will be limited and uniform for the period of 10 years.
