We regularly check prices in the local area. If we find a competitor offering a better price for the same product sold with the same service conditions, even if it’s in a sale or as part of a promotion, we’ll reduce our prices to match.

Simply let us know the competitor and product details (accompanied with a copy of the written, valid quotation you have received) – We’ll then verify the price and, if the competitors service conditions are the same as ours, we’ll match the price or refund the difference as appropriate.

*CHATSWORTH COUNTRY FAIR 2025 – WIN A DOOR*

For a chance to be able to win a fully fitted front or back door at the Chatsworth Country Fair event you must first be a visitor at the Chatsworth Country Fair on either Friday 29th August, Saturday 30th August or Sunday 31st August. You must either have booked a home visit, obtained a quote or placed at order whilst at the Chatsworth Country Fair 2025. You will be given the chance to pick a random key, if the key opens the door at the show you will win a fully fitted front or back door. Select options of door will be advised by Polar and will be subject to availability and site survey. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or any further discount. Polar Windows Ltd. retain the right to withdraw this prize at any time without prior notice. Polar Windows Ltd. retain the right to refuse to offer the prize if site survey does not prove to be feasible. It is at the discretion of Polar Windows Ltd if an upgrade or additional extras can be added to the prize and paid for by the customer as an additional cost to the value of the prize.

*CHATSWORTH COUNTRY FAIR 2025 – PRIZE DRAW*

Any persons partaking in the ‘WIN A DOOR’ event at the Chatsworth Country Fair may be entered into the PRIZE DRAW. You must either have booked a home visit, obtained a quote or placed at order whilst at the Chatsworth Country Fair 2025 to be entered into the Prize Draw. The draw will take place after the event once all the entrants details have been checked. 5 people will be drawn at random. Each person drawn will receive a discount of £500 off any home improvement project over £2000 placed with Polar Windows Ltd. Minimum spend of £2000 per project and this value excludes the cost of fitting and building works (product price only). The discount will be valid for 6 months from the date of the draw entry date on the card. Polar Windows Ltd. retain the right to withdraw this prize at any time without prior notice. Polar Windows Ltd. retain the right to refuse to offer the prize if site survey does not prove to be feasible. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. *CHATSWORTH COUNTRY FAIR 2025 – DARTS COMPETITION*

3 practice darts will be thrown first before the main 9 darts. There will be one winner from each day of the Chatsworth Country Fair. The person who scores the highest score on each day, using 9 darts, will win a choice of £250 off any home improvement project with Polar Windows Ltd (minimum spend £2000) or a £25 Amazon voucher. The £250 discount is valid for 6 months from date of entry. If two or more people get the same highest score on the same day, one winner will be drawn at random. If a dart falls out of the board or bounces out it will be classed as 0 and cannot be thrown again. Full details must be provided via the form for entrant to participate. Winners will be contacted via the details provided on the form. Participant must be 18 years or over. Polar Windows Ltd. retain the right to withdraw this prize at any time without prior notice.
