*POLAR PRICE PROMISE* 

We regularly check prices in the local area. If we find a competitor offering a better price for the same product sold with the same service conditions, even if it’s in a sale or as part of a promotion, we’ll reduce our prices to match or beat any like-for-like quotation.

Simply let us know the competitor and product details (accompanied with a copy of the written, valid quotation you have received) – We’ll then verify the price and, if the competitors service conditions are the same as ours, we’ll match or beat the price or refund the difference as appropriate.

Competitors quote must be dated within a 30-day period and products must be like for like. Polar Price Promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and no further discounts will be given.

Polar Windows reserves the right to refuse, remove or amend this Price Promise at any time.

VAT percentage (20%) will be deducted from the order value. VAT will still be applied on the discounted order total where required. The 20% discount applies to all orders or quotations placed between 1st April – 31st May 2026
VAT will be applied to the discounted order value. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount unless a further discount is given by Polar Windows for a FlexiFit order.
Discount only applicable to product – excludes building works. Excludes additional extras (eg sculptured panels, decorative glass).

 

Discount off our range of windows and doors includes aluminium windows and doors, uPVC and timber windows and doors, composite doors bifold and sliding doors.

Minimum order values apply. Discount only applicable to multiple products, single product purchases may be excluded.

Door offer: Excludes garage doors. Includes standard door furniture and standard glazing (excludes additional extras eg sculptured panels, decorative glass, cat flaps).

 

Discount off Solid Tiled Warm Roofs and Conservatories. Minimum spend £5000.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Discount is on warm roofs only. When warm roof is purchased with a new conservatory or orangery the discount will be given on the warm roof only and not on the cost of the conservatory or orangery.

*Exclusive offers / promotional codes / prizes*

Promotional codes received via our e-shot newsletter, social media or leaflets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
The code is valid until the end of the month in which the promotion is sent out or posted onto our social media platform, unless an alternative timescale is specified with the offer. The offer cannot be transferred or redeemed at any other time.

Sales team must be provided with the offer code stated on whichever form of advertising you have received, when making your enquiry. Offer applies to new quotations only. If a quotation has already been provided and discount has already been given on a quotation further discount cannot be applied.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize. There may be a minimum spend requirement for you to qualify for the offer which will be advised when speaking with our sales team.

If the discount or offer is part of a prize there may also be a minimum spend requirement which will have been advertised or stated in our terms and conditions at the time of the prize draw or competition being run. By entering any of our competitions or prize drawn you automatically agree to our terms and conditions which can be found here on our website.

*FlexiFIT OFFER*

WHAT IS FlexiFIT?

Flexi Fit is a promotion we put in place during periods where we have a high volume of sales. You will still be provided with a date for installation after the survey of your windows and doors as normal, but you allow us to provide an installation date that may be up to 6 months from the date of order. This allows us to smooth out fitting resources during periods of high sales Periods and more importantly saves you a little more money!

 

FlexiFit Terms and Conditions

Additional discount is given to enable flexible fitting within a 6-month period. Discount can be up to 40% off. The fitting date will still be booked in prior to fitting taking place but may be arranged anytime around our fitting schedule. You will be given 7 days’ notice prior to the fitting date. If there are specific dates the fitting cannot take place you must notify us of these dates at the time of order.
