For a chance to be able to win a fully fitted front or back door at the Chatsworth Country Fair event you must first be a visitor at the Chatsworth Country Fair on either Friday 30th August, Saturday 31st August or Sunday 1st September. You must either have booked a home visit, obtained a quote or placed at order whilst at the Chatsworth Country Fair 2024. You will be given the chance to pick a random key, if the key opens the door at the show you will win a fully fitted front or back door. Select options of door will be advised by Polar and will be subject to availability and site survey. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or any further discount. Polar Windows Ltd. retain the right to withdraw this prize at any time without prior notice. Polar Windows Ltd. retain the right to refuse to offer the prize if site survey does not prove to be feasible. It is at the discretion of Polar Windows Ltd if an upgrade or additional extras can be added to the prize and paid for by the customer as an additional cost to the value of the prize.

 

*CHATSWORTH COUNTRY FAIR 2024 – PRIZE DRAW*

Any persons partaking in the ‘WIN A DOOR’ event at the Chatsworth Country Fair may be entered into the PRIZE DRAW. You must either have booked a home visit, obtained a quote or placed at order whilst at the Chatsworth Country Fair 2024 to be entered into the Prize Draw. The draw will take place after the event once all the entrants details have been checked. 5 people will be drawn at random. Each person drawn will receive a discount of £500 off any home improvement project over £2000 placed with Polar Windows Ltd. Minimum spend of £2000 per project and this value excludes the cost of fitting and building works (product price only). The discount will be valid for 6 months from the date of the draw entry date on the card. Polar Windows Ltd. retain the right to withdraw this prize at any time without prior notice. Promotional codes received via our e-shot newsletter or social media cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
The code is valid until the end of the month in which the promotion is sent out or posted onto our social media platforms and cannot transferred or redeemed at any other time.

*FlexiFIT OFFER*

WHAT IS FlexiFIT?

Flexi Fit is a promotion we put in place during periods where we have a high volume of sales. You will still be provided with a date for installation after the survey of your windows and doors as normal, but you allow us to provide an installation date that may be up to 6 months from the date of order. This allows us to smooth out fitting resources during periods of high sales Periods and more importantly saves you a little more money!

 

FlexiFit Terms and Conditions

Additional discount is given to enable flexible fitting within a 6-month period. Discount can be up to 40% off. The fitting date will still be booked in prior to fitting taking place but may be arranged anytime around our fitting schedule. You will be given 7 days’ notice prior to the fitting date. If there are specific dates the fitting cannot take place you must notify us of these dates at the time of order.

 

*Price Promise*

We will aim to match any like for like quotation. Written, valid quotation must be provided to Polar Windows Ltd.
